Which Memodyne Refund Rule Applies to Your Order? Five Questions to Ask First
Quick answer
Memodyne has a 60-day money-back window, but the brand's pages give different rules for it. Ask the order desk five things in writing: the start date, which bottles count, any deduction, the return address and the refund total. Then ship tracked. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 before day 60.

The words money-back guarantee suggest one simple rule. Memodyne's pages do not give one. They give several, and they do not agree. That is not a reason to skip the guarantee. It is a reason to ask the right questions before you need it.
This page is built around those questions. For each one we show what the pages say, so you can see why the answer matters, and then what to ask. The last section is a short email you can copy. We sell Memodyne, and we would rather you read the fine print now than argue about it later.
Key facts
- Every page that mentions it says 60 days. The conditions are where the pages split.
- The home page calls the guarantee "unconditional", then asks for "at least 30 days of use".
- The FAQ page refunds sealed bottles only, takes a 20% restocking fee and does not refund shipping.
- Another returns page wants every bottle back, even empty ones, and the packing slip.
- You pay return postage on every version. Use tracking and keep the receipt.
- Refund timing from our desk: 3 to 5 business days after the credit is issued, then 5 to 10 days on the card.
- The one rule that counts is the one the order desk confirms in writing for your order.
Question 1: Which day starts the 60 days?
Most brand pages count from the purchase date. One set of terms counts from delivery. One returns page says both, in adjacent lines.
This matters when a parcel is slow. If the clock starts on the day you pay, a week in transit is a week gone. Plan on the purchase date unless the desk writes otherwise, and mark a reminder about ten days before day 60.
Day 1
Order date. The main pages count from here.
Day 30
First bottle finished at one capsule a day.
Day 40
Ask for the rule in writing.
Day 60
Your request must reach the desk before this day.
Question 2: Do opened or empty bottles count?
It depends on which page applies. The FAQ page says sealed bottles only. The returns page linked from the order pages says to send every bottle you received, even empty ones. Both cannot be right for the same order.
This is the biggest practical gap. If you plan to try the capsule, you will open a bottle. So ask in advance whether opened and empty bottles are accepted. Do not open a bottle you may need to return sealed until you have the answer.
Question 3: Will anything be taken off the refund?
One page, the FAQ page, says 20% of the order total is deducted and the shipping charge is kept. The home page does not mention any fee. Here is what a 20% fee would take from each pack:
Return postage is yours on every version, so some cost always stays with you. The brand's FAQ also says shipping and customs fees are not refunded. Ask whether any fee applies to your order, and ask for the refund total as a number.

Ask the five questions before you rely on the guarantee. The order page shows the window and the packs.

Question 4: Which address do you send it to?
Three addresses connected to the product are in circulation. Sending bottles to the wrong one can delay or lose the refund.
| Address | Where it appears | Our rule |
|---|---|---|
| 425 Park Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10022 | Our order desk, from the seller pack | Use only if the desk names it for your order |
| PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412 | A brand returns page linked from its order pages | Use only if the desk or the brand names it in writing |
| PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 | The bottle label, distributor block | Not given as a returns address; do not use it unless told to |
The two Ogden lines share a box number but not a ZIP code. Copy the address from the desk's email, not from a label or an old web page.
Question 5: When does the money come back?
Our desk's terms: allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to be issued after your return is checked, then 5 to 10 more days for the card to show it. Allow up to about three weeks from the day the parcel is received.
The brand's FAQ page words it slightly differently, 5 to 10 business days to appear on a statement. If nothing shows after that, email [email protected] with the order ID and the return tracking number.
What should you write to the order desk?
Short and plain works best. Copy this and change the details. Send it to [email protected], or read it out when you call +1 (302) 200-3480, and keep the reply with your order email.
Hello. My order ID is [ID]. I bought [pack] on [date]. I am using the 60-day guarantee. Please confirm by email: (1) the date my 60 days start from, (2) which bottles I should return, opened or sealed, (3) whether any fee or amount will be deducted, (4) the return address for my order, and (5) the refund total. Thank you.
If the desk will not put the rules in writing, that tells you how a refund might go. BuyGoods customer service, (866) 838-5063, is the next step for card charges it took. Your card issuer is the last.
How should you pack and ship a return?
- A sheet with your name as on the order, your email and the order ID.
- The bottles the desk asked for.
- The packing slip from the original box, if you kept it.
- A printout of the desk's email setting out the terms (optional, but handy).
Choose a service with tracking, and hold on to the receipt and tracking code until the money is back on your statement. Each extra offer you accepted after checkout is its own order with its own ID, so ask about each one separately. See our refund policy for the full steps.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get my money back on Memodyne?
Yes, if you ask within 60 days. The conditions vary between brand pages, so ask the desk to email you the rule for your order first.
Is there a restocking fee on Memodyne returns?
One brand page, its FAQ page, says 20% of the order total is deducted. The home page calls the guarantee unconditional. Ask whether the fee applies to your order.
Do I have to use Memodyne for 30 days before a refund?
Two brand pages mention a 30-day minimum. Contact the desk early anyway, so the 60-day window does not run out while you wait.
Who pays return postage?
You do, according to the brand's FAQ and returns pages. Send it tracked and keep the receipt.
Does the guarantee cover Memodyne bought on another website?
Only if the order went through the brand's checkout. A look-alike site follows its own rules.
Which phone number do I call about a refund?
The order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, with your order ID ready.
Our view
Our view: a 60-day window is a real feature, and it is only as good as the rule behind it. The pages disagree on three things that matter most: opened bottles, a fee and the start date.
So treat the guarantee as something to confirm, not something to assume. Ask the five questions, get the answers in writing and keep them with the order email. If you do that early, the guarantee is a fair safety net.
