Contact the Memodyne Order Desk and Memodynefocus
Quick answer
For Memodyne orders and refunds, call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected]. For page errors and privacy, write to [email protected], read Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET; it cannot see orders. The bottle's own number, +1 (507) 448-8190, and BuyGoods at (866) 838-5063 belong to the brand and its checkout, not to us.

How do you reach the Memodyne order desk and this website?
Five routes, each with one job. For anything about an order, the desk phone and the order email are the two that can look you up.
Order desk phone
+1 (302) 200-3480. Tracking, refunds, lot look-ups. Have your order ID ready. Phone hours are not published.
Order and refund email
[email protected]. Use it when you want the answer in writing. The same address is printed on the bottle under the distributor's name.
Website inbox
[email protected], read Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET. Page errors, sources and privacy requests. It has no access to orders.
Memodynefocus office
1585 Broadway, Floor 19, New York, NY 10036. Postal mail for Memodynefocus. No walk-in counter, so arrange a visit first.
Seller-pack return address
425 Park Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10022. Use it only once the desk has named it, in writing, as the address for your order.
None of these lines appear on memodyne.com. They come from our seller pack and belong to Memodynefocus. The brand's own numbers are listed in the next section, labeled as theirs.
Which phone numbers and addresses belong to the Memodyne brand?
These are printed on the bottle or on the brand's pages and checkouts. They are here so you can tell the two sides apart; nobody at our desk answers them.
| Brand-side contact | Number or address | Where it appears, and what to know |
|---|---|---|
| Label phone and SMS | +1 (507) 448-8190 | Printed on the bottle under Gex Corporation LLP. The brand's order pages list it as an SMS line. |
| Second SMS line | +1 (855) 889-3137 | Shown on the contact page linked from the memodyne.com footer. No hours or address given. |
| BuyGoods customer service | (866) 838-5063 | The checkout that charges the card on most brand order pages. Listed hours: Mon-Fri 6 am to 5 pm PT, Sat-Sun 6 am to 4 pm PT. |
| Distributor on the label | Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 | The only company name printed on the bottle. A PO box, not a street address. |
| Returns PO box on a brand page | PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412 | Same box number as the label, different ZIP code. Do not mail anything here until support confirms it. |
| Brand support email | [email protected] | On the label and the brand's FAQ page, which promises a reply within 48 business hours. It is also our order email. |
Where the brand's contact block sits on the bottle

- Distributed by. Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, +1 (507) 448-8190 and [email protected]. The phone is the brand's line; the email doubles as our order address. The label names no factory.
- Caution. Pregnant or nursing, under 18 or a known medical condition: ask a physician before use.
- FDA statement. The claims on the bottle have not been evaluated by the FDA, as the label itself says.
Two Ogden ZIP codes and three brand phone lines, on top of our own desk, is a lot for one small product. When in doubt, start with our order desk and ask for the answer by email.
Who handles which kind of question?
Look down the first column for your situation. The last column says what to keep at hand, which saves a second call.
| Your question | Who to contact | Have this ready |
|---|---|---|
| Where is my parcel? | Order desk, +1 (302) 200-3480 | Order ID and the email used at checkout |
| I want my money back | Order desk, then a written reply from [email protected] | Order ID, order date, bottles opened or sealed |
| A charge repeated a month later | BuyGoods at (866) 838-5063, then the order desk | The card statement line and both dates |
| I paid on the JVZoo checkout | Order desk; JVZoo says the vendor handles returns | The JVZoo receipt |
| Which return address is mine? | Order desk, answer in writing | Order ID and any address you were given |
| A sentence on this site looks wrong | Website inbox, [email protected] | The page address and the exact line |
| My memory keeps getting worse | Your own doctor | A list of your medicines and when the changes began |
How should a refund request run, day by day?
You have 60 days from the purchase date to ask. The brand's own pages disagree on the rest: one calls the guarantee unconditional, another refunds only sealed bottles minus a 20% restocking fee, and a third wants every bottle back, empty or not.
- Day 1
Order date
The brand's main pages count the 60 days from the purchase date.
- Day 30
First bottle finished
One capsule a day uses a 30-capsule bottle in a month.
- Day 40
Get the rules in writing
Ask whether opened bottles count and whether a restocking fee applies.
- Day 60
Deadline
Make the refund request before this day.
So ask the desk which rule covers your order, get that answer in writing, and only then post anything, with tracking. The rule-by-rule comparison is on our refund policy page, and the 60-day window is explained on the Memodyne guarantee page.
What should a first message include?
A complete first message usually gets a complete first answer. Include these and skip the rest.
- Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
- The order ID from your receipt email, and the date you ordered.
- The pack: 2, 3 or 6 bottles, and how many are still sealed.
- What you need: tracking, a refund, a stopped monthly charge or the right return address.
- For a page error: the page address and the sentence in question.
- Never send a full card number, a security code or a password.
- Leave medical records out. Health questions belong with your own clinician.
What happens to the messages you send is set out in our privacy policy.
Is your question really about memory, not an order?
NIH's complementary health center advises against using any supplement as a reason to put off that visit (NCCIH, 7 Things To Know About Supplements and Alzheimer's). We can help with your order; we cannot assess symptoms.
Spotted a copycat Memodyne site? Tell us
Send the link to [email protected]. Several domains use the Memodyne name: getmemodyne.com calls itself the "Official Website", memo-dyne.com says "Clinically Proven", and memodyne.online is named in a paid press release. None of them is run by us.
How to check you are on the brand’s real order page is covered on our where to buy Memodyne page. If you already paid on a site you now doubt, call your card issuer too.
Reaching us: short answers
What is the Memodyne customer service phone number?
For orders placed through this site, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. The number printed on the bottle, +1 (507) 448-8190, belongs to the distributor and is listed by the brand as an SMS line.
Is [email protected] the right address for a Memodyne refund?
Yes. It is the order email for our desk and the support address printed on the label, so a refund request sent there reaches the people who handle orders.
Can the [email protected] inbox see my order?
No. It handles page corrections, sources and privacy requests only. For anything about an order, use +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected].
Who stops a monthly charge I never meant to sign up for?
Call BuyGoods at (866) 838-5063 and tell the order desk as well. Some brand checkouts carry a "Subscribe & Save" box that bills once a month when ticked.
Where should a Memodyne return be mailed?
Nowhere until the order desk confirms it in writing. Our seller pack lists 425 Park Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10022; one brand page lists a PO box in Ogden, Utah, with a different ZIP code from the label.
Can I drop by the Memodynefocus office on Broadway?
Only by appointment. The Floor 19 office handles mail and paperwork; it has no shop counter and takes no returns.
What hours does the order desk keep?
Its phone hours are not published. The website inbox is read Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET, and BuyGoods lists its own hours on the checkout page.
I bought Memodyne from another site. Can your desk help?
Give the desk your order ID and it will try to match it. If the order is not ours, contact the site you paid and, if it does not answer, your card issuer.
