- Owner: the site is "owned and operated by GEX CORPORATION LLP". The date shown is "Date Effective: August, 2021".
- Refunds: a full refund within 60 days of delivery, returning the bottles even if they are empty, processed in 3 to 5 business days.
- Law: "These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados." Disputes go to binding arbitration in St. Michael, Barbados, and buyers give up class actions.
The pages linked from the memodyne.com footer
- The terms linked from the memodyne.com footer say a purchase is "fully protected by our 60 day returns policy" and that the site owners make no guarantee or warranty about products sold.
- The matching disclaimer page points to the laws of the United States and US courts, and asks that any claim be brought within one year.
- Those terms and the privacy page name no governing law of their own, and the privacy page's effective date is blank.
