This policy covers Memodyne purchases that started at an order button on memodynefocus.com and were paid on the brand's checkout. It explains, in plain terms, how our order desk handles refund requests for those orders.
Memodynefocus is a licensed U.S. retail desk for Memodyne. We are not the manufacturer, and payments are taken by the brand's checkout partners, BuyGoods or JVZoo. The refund itself is paid back through the same route the money came in.

The 60-day request window for Memodyne
The window is 60 days, counted from the day you paid. The request must reach the desk on or before day 60, so ask the desk how soon after that the bottles need to arrive.
One set of brand terms counts the 60 days from delivery rather than purchase. If your parcel was late, tell the desk and ask which date it will use. Two brand pages also mention 30 days of use before a refund; ask whether that applies to your order.

Use the one address our desk emails you for this order, and no other. Three addresses connected to the product are in circulation, and sending bottles to the wrong one can delay or lose the refund.

The two Ogden lines share a PO box number but not a ZIP code. That is one more reason to copy the address from the desk's email rather than from a label or an old web page.
Packing a Memodyne return: the contents list
Pack the bottles the desk listed, and label the box so it can be matched to your order on arrival. A parcel with no name or order ID inside is the hardest kind to process.
- A sheet with your name as on the order, your email and the order ID.
- The bottles the desk asked for, opened or sealed as they instructed.
- The packing slip from the original box, if you kept it.
- A printout of the desk's email setting out the terms (optional, but handy).
Return postage on a Memodyne parcel
The buyer pays return postage. Choose a service with tracking, and hold on to the proof of postage and tracking code until the money is back on your statement.
If an untracked parcel goes missing, there is no way to show it was sent, so the risk stays with you. The original shipping charge, such as the $9.99 on a 2-bottle order, and any customs fee are not refunded under the brand's FAQ page. Postage times are on our shipping page.
When the Memodyne refund reaches your card
Allow up to about three weeks from the day the return is received. The credit goes back to the card or wallet used at checkout.

Extra offers, monthly shipments and damaged Memodyne items
Every extra offer accepted after checkout is a separate order with its own ID and its own refund request. One of those pages sells Flora Zen, a different product whose terms are its own.
If a monthly "Subscribe & Save" box was ticked, ask the desk or BuyGoods ((866) 838-5063) to stop future shipments first, then ask about the refund. A parcel that arrives crushed, short or with a broken seal is handled as a delivery problem: photograph it and call +1 (302) 200-3480 soon after it arrives.
